The double-tower intelligent three-dimensional sheet material storage system is a heavy-duty automated storage equipment designed for industries such as sheet metal processing, laser cutting, steel processing, and mechanical manufacturing. The 2060 double-tower intelligent three-dimensional sheet storage system involves multiple risk factors such as heavy sheet lifting and lowering mechanisms, movement of the lifting and lowering devices, and chain transmission. All operators, maintenance personnel, and managers must strictly adhere to the following safety regulations:

1 Operator Qualifications and Training

Only personnel who have received training from Wanka Technology or its authorized party and passed the assessment are allowed to operate this equipment. Operators must be familiar with the structure, performance, operation procedures, emergency stop operation, and emergency handling methods of the equipment. Personnel without training are strictly prohibited from operating the equipment. It is recommended to conduct a safety refresher training once every six months.

2 Daily Startup Inspection

Before each use of the 2060 Modular Sheet Metal Storage, the operator must conduct a comprehensive safety check: check if the lifting mechanism operates smoothly, and whether the chains are loose or worn; check if each layer of trays is stable and has no deformation; check if the safety grilles and emergency stop buttons function properly; confirm that the power voltage is stable and the control system has no alarms. A no-load test run must be conducted before each shift starts.

3 Safety during Plate Storage

When loading plates into storage, use cranes or forklifts for lifting. It is strictly prohibited to manually handle heavy plates. The plates should be evenly placed on the pallets to avoid concentrated force on one side, which could cause the pallet to tilt or deform. Before storage, ensure that the surface of the plates is free of iron filings, welding slag, and other foreign substances.

4 Safety Requirements During Operation

When the equipment is operating automatically, no one is allowed to enter the area where the equipment is moving. Physical barriers or warning lines must be set up in the equipment operation area. The intelligent detection system monitors in real time and automatically alarms if there are any violations of limits. If abnormal noises, vibrations or smoke are detected, the emergency stop button should be pressed immediately.

5 Emergency Handling

In case of an emergency, immediately press the red emergency stop button. All movements of the equipment will stop immediately. The emergency stop cannot be released before the fault is resolved. If it is necessary to enter the equipment for maintenance, the main power supply of the equipment must be cut off and a lock with the sign "Under Maintenance, Do Not Close Switch" must be hung.

Customization/Production Process - The complete process from demand to delivery for the 2060 double-tower intelligent three-dimensional sheet storage system


The customization process of Wanka Technology is divided into six stages, which is fully transparent and controllable throughout the process:


Phase 1: Requirement Collection

The client needs to provide: the maximum size of the sheet (length × width), the thickness range, the maximum weight per sheet, the material, the total storage requirement, the daily retrieval frequency, the brand and model of the existing laser cutting machine, the net height of the workshop and the available installation area. The client can guide us to understand the on-site conditions through video connection.


Phase 2: Scheme Design and Confirmation

Within 5 to 7 working days after receiving the requirements, we will provide the following: 3D renderings and overall layout diagrams of the 2060 double-tower intelligent three-dimensional sheet storage system, the height and number of floors of the double towers, the single-layer load-bearing and total storage capacity plans, the inbound and outbound process plans, the connection plans with the customer's existing equipment, the foundation condition diagram, the detailed technical specification sheet, the quotation, and the technical agreement. The customer can make free modifications twice.


Phase 3: Contract Signing and Production Manufacturing

After both parties confirm the plan and price, a purchase and sale contract and technical agreement will be signed. The customer will pay a deposit (usually 50%). Manufacturing process: double-tower steel structure cutting and processing → welding and forming (adding thickened H-shaped steel and channel steel for welding, ensuring overall stability and no deformation) → shot blasting for rust removal + anti-rust painting treatment → precision machining of the lifting column gantry milling machine → assembly of the double-row chain drive system → assembly of multi-layer drawer units → integration of the electrical control system → overall system commissioning. Phase 4: Factory Acceptance

After the equipment assembly and debugging are completed, notify the customer for acceptance. The acceptance items include: visual inspection, no-load lifting and entry/exit warehouse tests, load lifting tests (using the test plates provided by the customer), positioning accuracy verification, and safety function tests. The customer can conduct remote acceptance through video streaming. After the acceptance is qualified, the customer pays the delivery payment (usually 50%).


Phase 5: Packaging, Shipping and Remote Installation Guidance

The equipment is disassembled into transport-friendly components (double-tower frame, lifting mechanism, pallet, transmission system, control system), and packed with anti-rust oil + stretch film + bubble pads + wooden box or steel frame. The customer is required to prepare their own installation tools (wrenches, level, hex wrenches, multimeters, etc.) and lifting equipment (forklift or crane).


Phase 6: Remote Operation Training and Quality Assurance

After the equipment installation is completed, we conduct remote operation training via video calls (lasting approximately 2-3 hours). The content includes: instructions on the control system operation interface, the operation procedures for material entry and exit, the usage methods of the intelligent detection system (weight detection, height detection, over-limit alarm), the online settings with the laser cutting machine, daily inspection and maintenance (chain lubrication, tray cleaning, sensor calibration), and the identification and handling of common fault codes. We also provide bilingual operation videos (approximately 25 minutes) and maintenance manuals.
