1. Installation requirements for the factory building

Ground bearing capacity: The floor bearing capacity of the placement area should be ≥ 4t/㎡, no need for a specially thick foundation to be poured; the equipment is equipped with adjustable load-bearing anchor bolts (adjustable range 0–100mm), which can be independently calibrated to ensure the level of the entire machine, and is suitable for slight ground height differences. The normal height range of the entire machine is 3–6m. Before entering the factory, the dimensions of the factory gate and the turning radius of the passage need to be rechecked. For narrow passages, a modular equipment disassembly and assembly plan can be selected for entry and assembly.

Power supply environment: Standard power supply of 380V industrial voltage. For humid and dusty processing workshops, additional dust-proof covers for the electrical control boxes need to be configured; in the scenario of dust-free mirror panel material processing, the equipment shall not be placed in the area where welding smoke is directly discharged.

2. Daily operation operation norms

When loading plates into the warehouse, they must be placed according to the rated single-layer load capacity. Heavy-duty models are equipped with an overload locking mechanism. In the overloaded state, the warehouse cannot start the discharge action. It is prohibited to forcibly pry the transmission structure.

During equipment operation, personnel are not allowed to stand directly in front of the discharge port. The equipment is equipped with an infrared human body sensing stop device, but the sensitivity of the sensing needs to be regularly calibrated; in the power outage state, only the original factory hand-crank emergency mechanism can be used to take materials, and it is not allowed to drag the position support frame with a forklift.

The enclosed protective cover needs to be cleaned regularly of the internal accumulated iron filings and dust. Monthly checks on the lubrication of the tracks and the tension of the chains are required. The basic maintenance is completed according to the system prompt reminder. The position should not be left idle with high-load and no-load operation for a long time.

3. Disassembly and maintenance prohibitions for accessories

The transmission chains, limit switches, and sensing probes all use standard industrial accessories of the country. When replacing, the disassembly and assembly are carried out according to the equipment number drawings. There is no need to disassemble the frame of the storage unit as a whole, which can reduce the downtime for maintenance. The original factory provides a lifelong supply channel for accessories. It is not recommended to use inferior substitute accessories.

The program of the electrical control system can only be remotely upgraded by our technicians. The workshop electricians are not allowed to rewrite the underlying control program privately to avoid problems such as deviation in position movement and failure of positioning.

4. Storage and transportation precautions for overseas export

The disassembled modules of the equipment are packed in fumigated solid wood boxes + vacuum moisture-proof packaging. After the shipment arrives by sea, the packaging should be unpacked and disassembled in a dry and ventilated environment first. The vacuum foam of the electrical control box should be checked immediately after opening the box; the packaging waste should be uniformly recycled and processed, which complies with the environmental protection and quarantine standards of multiple countries.

When the overseas factory is idle for a long time, the transmission metal parts should be coated with anti-rust oil, and the dust-proof sealing of the electrical control box should be sealed to avoid electrical component rusting caused by sea humidity and overseas rainy environment.
