The 1325 Suction Cup Laser Loader supplied by Wanka Factory, also known as vacuum gripper, vacuum suction cup, or vacuum handling machine, is an automated handling device based on the principle of vacuum suction.
It uses an oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump to extract air between the suction cup and the surface of the workpiece, creating a negative pressure. The atmospheric pressure is then utilized to firmly attach the workpiece. When the vacuum level reaches the set value (typically -60kPa to -80kPa), the system automatically maintains the adsorption state. Operators can complete actions such as lifting, moving, rotating, and releasing through the handle or remote control device, enabling the rapid and safe transportation of the sheet material from the material platform to the processing equipment.

What can the 1325 series vacuum lifting machine do? It is suitable for the transportation of various flat, dense and non-permeable sheet materials.
Typical applications include: carbon steel plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, copper plates and other metal sheets; glass (tempered glass, laminated glass, curtain wall glass); stone, marble plates; wood plates, composite plates, sandwich plates; as well as plastic sheets. In scenarios such as material loading and unloading for laser cutting machines, feeding for CNC punching machines, and sheet transportation for shearing machines, the 1325 series vacuum lifting machine can replace traditional manual plate lifting or crane hoisting, enabling single-person operation and damage-free transportation.

The core advantages that the 1325 model vacuum suction lifting machine has in standing out among the numerous similar products on the market mainly lie in the following six aspects.
1. Precisely adapted to medium-sized sheet materials.
2. Dual power failure safety guarantee.
3. Sound and light alarm for real-time monitoring.
4. Double spring buffer design for suction cups.
5. Imported oil-free vacuum pump with maintenance-free feature.
6. Ergonomic design for single-person operation.

In the actual use of the 1325 Suction Cup Laser Loader, the following incorrect operations are the most common and require special attention to avoid.
Poor contact between the suction cup and the workpiece surface leads to failure in adhesion. This is the most common operational error. If the workpiece surface is contaminated with oil, dust, moisture or rust, it will damage the sealing effect of the suction cup lip, resulting in the inability to establish or continuous decrease in vacuum. Before operation, it is essential to wipe the suction cup and the workpiece surface with a clean cloth. Additionally, the suction cup must be perfectly aligned and adhered to the workpiece surface perpendicularly - any oblique adhesion will cause poor sealing and loss of suction force.
Overloading usage is equivalent to treating safety as a joke. Each 1325 type vacuum suction lifting machine has a clearly defined rated load capacity (the standard configuration is usually 400kg to 500kg). Overloading usage is one of the most dangerous operational errors. Although the equipment is equipped with a vacuum pressure switch to prevent overloading startup, operators should not rely on the protection device but should use it strictly within the rated load range. The safety factor should not be less than 2 times - if the rated load is 400kg, the designed actual adsorption force should be above 800kg. This is not allowing for overloading, but rather leaving a safety margin for unexpected situations.
Ignoring the test of the power-off protection function. Some users have never conducted effective tests of the power-off protection function during equipment acceptance or daily use. The correct approach is: directly cut off the power when the equipment is at full load, and observe the time for the workpiece to remain adsorbed - if the drop time is less than 5 minutes, it indicates that there may be a problem with the power-off protection function. This test should be conducted every time during regular maintenance.
The incorrect installation direction of the filter has caused frequent blockages. The filter must be installed vertically upwards. When installed vertically, dust and particles will settle at the bottom under the force of gravity. By opening the bottom cover, they can be cleaned. If installed horizontally, the dust cannot settle and will continuously pollute the filter element, causing the filter element to get clogged prematurely and requiring frequent replacements. When inspecting the equipment for acceptance, be sure to check the installation direction of the filter.
Ignoring the vacuum pump protection can lead to shortened lifespan. When the 1325 type vacuum suction lifting machine is used to adsorb non-permeable objects such as steel plates and glass, the vacuum pump continues to operate until it reaches the maximum vacuum level, and then the air flow stops. This can cause the pump head to overheat. Regular equipment should be equipped with a vacuum pump protection valve (bleed valve), which automatically opens when the vacuum reaches its maximum value, introducing cold air to cool the pump head. If the equipment does not have this protection valve, the lifespan of the vacuum pump may be shortened from the normal ten years or more to about two years. When purchasing the 1325 type vacuum suction lifting machine, it is necessary to confirm this configuration with the supplier.
The rubber suction cup comes into contact with corrosive substances. The rubber suction cup must not come into contact with acids, alkalis, oil stains, or sharp objects. These substances will accelerate the aging and cracking of the rubber, leading to a decline in sealing performance. When storing, the 1325 type vacuum suction lifting machine should be placed in a dry and clean environment, and avoid direct sunlight.

1325 Suction Cup Laser Loader adopts a modular disassembly packaging scheme. Before leaving the factory, the equipment is disassembled into the following main components: main beam assembly, crossbeam assembly (including suction cups), vacuum pump unit, control system (including electrical control box and handle), cantilever and rotation assembly, connection pipelines and accessory package. Each component is packaged independently:
The main beams and cross beams and other large steel structural components are fixed and packaged with a steel frame - the bottom is a steel tray, the four sides are reinforced with angle steel, and the outside is covered with waterproof plastic film and woven fabric, which is suitable for outdoor stacking and storage. The suction cup components are packaged with pearl cotton padding + cardboard boxes, each suction cup is wrapped separately to prevent deformation during transportation. The vacuum pump unit is packaged in a wooden box - the interior is fully padded with foam and pearl cotton, and the outside of the wooden box is marked with international common transportation labels such as "upward", "moisture-proof", and "fragile". The control system and precision components are packaged with anti-static bags + pearl cotton + cardboard boxes. The connection pipes and accessories package is sealed with plastic bags + cardboard boxes.
All packaging materials comply with international maritime shipping standards and possess functions of moisture-proofing, shock-proofing and rust-proofing. The wooden box packaging uses non-pesticide-treated plywood, which meets the ISPM 15 international phytosanitary standard and can be directly exported without additional pest control treatment.

After the order is confirmed, the production cycle usually lasts for 7 to 15 working days (depending on the configuration and order quantity). After the equipment is taken off the production line, a comprehensive functional test is conducted - including vacuum test, full-load adsorption test, power-off protection test, and sound and light alarm test - and it can only enter the packaging stage after passing the test. After packaging is completed, the equipment is sent from the factory to the designated port (usually Shanghai Port or Qingdao Port). The shipping time by sea depends on the destination: about 7 to 15 days for Southeast Asia, about 25 to 35 days for Europe, about 20 to 30 days for North America, and about 15 to 25 days for the Middle East.

For each 1325 model vacuum suction hoist, the following documents are provided with the shipment: Equipment User Manual (in English), Packing List, Product Quality Certificate, CE Certification (if applicable), Original Factory Warranty Card for Vacuum Pump, Installation and Commissioning Guide. All documents are sealed in waterproof file bags and placed in a prominent position within the wooden box.
After the customer receives our 1325 Suction Cup Laser Loader, it is recommended that they follow the following inspection steps before signing for the delivery: Check if the outer packaging is damaged, deformed, or has water stains; After opening the box, count the number of each component against the packing list; Check if the suction cups are deformed or damaged; Check if the vacuum pump and electrical control box have suffered transportation damage. If any problems are found, note them on the receipt form and contact the supplier immediately.
The on-site installation of the 1325 type vacuum suction lifting machine usually takes 4 to 6 hours, including mechanical assembly, electrical connection and system commissioning. The power supply requirement for the equipment is 380VAC ± 15%, 50Hz ± 1Hz, three-phase three-wire system. After installation, a full-load adsorption test and power-off protection test must be conducted before it can be put into use. Some suppliers offer remote video guidance installation services, or they can dispatch engineers to install on-site (the cost is not included).
