6 Axis Handling Robot

The 6 Axis Handling Robot provided by Wanka Factory is a multi-joint articulated industrial robot. With its six degrees of freedom, it can flexibly adjust the posture of the workpiece in three-dimensional space, breaking through the limitations of four-axis robots' planar operations. It is widely applied in various production scenarios such as material handling on machines, transportation of irregular workpieces, component assembly, and product stacking.

The 6-axis handling robot produced by Wanka's suppliers has a load capacity ranging from 3kg to 800kg, with a maximum working arm span of 2912mm. The repeatability positioning accuracy can reach±0.02 to 0.06mm. It supports various installation forms such as upright, inverted, and side-mounted, and is equipped with dragging teaching function, which reduces the programming and debugging threshold.

The entire machine is compatible with various vision systems, conveyor lines, and processing machines for linkage and connection.
