The 1560 Automatic Laser Loader produced by Wanka's suppliers is equipped with a three-axis servo gantry frame and an intelligent PLC linkage system. It can be seamlessly connected with all types of industrial laser cutting machines, enabling fully automated operations such as automatic material extraction, precise loading, cutting completion, finished product disassembly, and automatic stacking. The following data are all from the factory commissioning of Wanka Technology and the on-site production testing by customers. There are no false specifications. They accurately reflect the performance of the equipment during heavy-load operation:
- Stability during heavy-load operation: For 5-50mm thick, up to 5-ton heavy 6-meter carbon steel plates, continuous 2000 cycles of loading and unloading were tested. There was no plate falling, no deviation, no jamming, the vacuum suction qualification rate was 100%, the clamping of the gripper for unloading was error-free, and it was suitable for continuous production without interruption day and night.
- Real measurement of positioning accuracy: The three-axis servo gear rack transmission, the full travel repeat positioning accuracy is stably controlled within ±0.1mm, meeting the positioning requirements of high-precision thick plate laser cutting, and eliminating the cutting scrap caused by plate deviation.
- Real measurement of operation efficiency: The complete loading and unloading single cycle takes ≤120 seconds. Compared with the traditional manual-assisted operation mode, the average daily effective production time of a single cutting machine has increased by more than 35%, completely eliminating the waiting time for manual material changeover.
- Real measurement of plate protection: For high surface requirements ship plates and high-strength wind power plates, after 1000 loading and unloading tests, vacuum soft contact loading + synchronous belt follower clamping unloading were implemented, achieving zero scratches, zero indentations, and zero deformation on the plate surface.
- Real measurement of safety redundancy: Simulation tests for sudden power failure, air pressure fluctuation, and vacuum leakage conditions. The equipment can immediately lock the operation, with vacuum pressure retention and mechanical dual protection, eliminating the risk of heavy plates falling; the response time of the safety barrier linkage is <0.2 seconds, with no blind protection area.
- Real measurement of energy consumption stability: Under full-load continuous operation conditions, the equipment's energy consumption is stable and controllable, with no abnormal power consumption fluctuations, suitable for long-term continuous production in factories, and the operation and maintenance cost is much lower than that of traditional manual operation.

The equipment is equipped with an intelligent one-click operation system, eliminating the need for professional technicians to operate. The entire process runs in an automated closed loop, with a standardized operation procedure that is simple and efficient, suitable for factory mass production and implementation:
After the equipment is powered on and inflated, it automatically starts a global self-check, covering five modules: vacuum system, servo drive, clamping claws, safety protection, and signal linkage. The operator only needs to enter the thickness, weight, size, and cutting machine operating conditions of the sheet material on the touch screen. The system automatically matches the optimal suction cup layout and clamping stroke, and saves the formula for one-click reuse.
The gantry frame precisely moves to the top of the raw material pile. The high-load partitioned vacuum suction cups adaptively adhere to the surface of the sheet material and automatically complete vacuum evacuation and pressure retention. After the system detects that the suction force meets the standard, it smoothly lifts the sheet material and precisely transports it to the laser cutting machine workbench for alignment and material placement. The entire process automatically corrects the levelness of the sheet material and eliminates deviation.
After the feeding is completed, the equipment automatically exits the cutting area and enters a standby linkage state. It receives the completion signal of the cutting machine in real time and does not require manual on-duty. It does not occupy the cutting operation space, ensuring the smooth operation of the laser cutting throughout the process.
After the cutting process is completed, the mechanical hand automatically switches to the disassembly mode. The clamping claws precisely insert and hold the workpiece from the edge or process hole, and take the material stably with a synchronous belt anti-scraping structure, avoiding the pain points of irregular parts, hollow parts, and small parts that cannot be adsorbed. Finally, the finished products are neatly stacked on the discharge platform and completed a single cycle.
The equipment automatically performs up and down material feeding operations. After the production is completed, it shuts down automatically and resets. The system automatically archives production data and fault records, facilitating production statistics in the workshop and equipment operation traceability.

Based on the vast on-site operation experience of Wanka Technology, we have developed lightweight, low-cost, and standardized maintenance plans that balance equipment stability and service life, thereby reducing the operational costs of enterprises:
Clean the surface of the suction cup of iron filings, dust, and oil stains; check the integrity of the synchronous belt of the clamping claws; confirm the sensitivity and effectiveness of the safety barrier and emergency stop button; check whether the vacuum pressure and air pressure values are within the standard range and investigate potential minor air pipe joint leakage hazards.
Clean the vacuum filter to ensure stable suction force of the vacuum system; inspect the running track of the gantry frame, remove debris and take dust-proof protection measures; tighten the transmission bolts of each axis to check for abnormal sounds from the servo motor and ensure smooth transmission.
Test the pressure retention performance of the vacuum system, calibrate the three-axis positioning accuracy; check the wear degree of the clamping claws and adjust the clamping spacing as needed; update the system operation parameters, back up the process formula, and investigate problems such as aging and loosening of electrical circuits.
The manufacturer's technicians will conduct on-site or remote guidance for the whole machine inspection, calibrate the transmission mechanism, vacuum components, and control system comprehensively, replace easily damaged parts, and ensure the equipment operates with high precision and stability for a long time.
Core Maintenance Advantages: The core pump body of the equipment adopts an oil-free maintenance-free design, eliminating the need for frequent oil replacement and maintenance; the modular structure design makes it convenient to disassemble and assemble accessories, significantly reducing the downtime for maintenance and operational costs.
