Customization / Process Flow

The customization process of Wanka Technology is divided into six stages, which is fully transparent and controllable throughout the process:

Phase 1: Requirement Collection

The client needs to provide: the maximum size of the sheet (length × width), the thickness range, the maximum weight of a single sheet, the material, the daily processing quantity of sheets, the brand and model of the existing laser cutting machine, the net height of the workshop and the available installation area, and whether an automatic material cart is required. The client can guide us to understand the on-site conditions through video connection.

Phase 2: Scheme Design and Confirmation

Within 5 to 7 working days after receiving the requirements, we will provide the following: 3D renderings and overall layout diagrams, the number and capacity plan of the intelligent panel storage area, the span and travel plan of the gantry feeder machine, the configuration plan of the CNC central control system, the connection plan with the customer's existing cutting machine, detailed technical specification sheet, foundation condition diagram, quotation sheet and technical agreement.

Phase 3: Contract Signing and Production Manufacturing

After both parties confirm the plan and the price, a purchase and sale contract and a technical agreement will be signed. The customer will pay a deposit (usually 50%). The manufacturing process: steel structure cutting and processing of intelligent panel warehouse → welding → surface treatment (spraying or hot-dip galvanizing) → assembly of lifting mechanism and tray → welding of gantry-type feeding machine frame → installation of guide rails and gears → assembly of vacuum suction system → assembly of CNC control system → overall machine commissioning. The standard production cycle is 30-45 working days (depending on the complexity).

Phase 4: Factory Acceptance

After the equipment assembly and debugging are completed, notify the customer for acceptance. The acceptance items include: visual inspection, no-load and load lifting tests of the intelligent panel storage, no-load and load operation tests of the gantry feeder, vacuum suction and holding pressure tests, online simulation tests, and safety function tests. The customer can conduct remote acceptance through video streaming. After the acceptance is qualified, the customer pays the balance (usually 50%).

Phase 5: Packaging, Shipping and Remote Installation Guidance

The equipment is disassembled into transport-friendly components (sheet storage frame, lifting mechanism, pallet, gantry truss components, suction system, control system), and packed using anti-rust oil + stretch film + bubble pads + wooden box or steel frame. International shipping is usually by sea, with ports being Qingdao Port or Shanghai Port, and logistics tracking is provided. After the equipment arrives at the customer's site, we offer the following remote installation guidance services:

- Dual-language installation guidance video (approximately 45 minutes), detailing the assembly of each module, horizontal calibration, wiring debugging, and other key steps

- Dual-language installation operation manual (PDF), including detailed bolt torque tables, horizontal adjustment methods, installation sequence of each component, and checklists

- Remote real-time installation guidance through WhatsApp video calls, with our engineers assisting the customer online in completing equipment assembly, horizontal calibration, wiring inspection, and preliminary debugging

The customer is required to prepare installation tools (wrenches, level, hex key wrenches, multimeters, etc.) and lifting equipment (forklift or crane) themselves.

Phase 6: Remote Operation Training and Warranty

After the equipment installation is completed, we conduct remote operation training via video calls (lasting approximately 2-3 hours). The content includes: explanations of the control system operation interface, intelligent material storage warehouse inventory and outbound operations, parameter setting for the gantry-type feeding machine, daily inspection and maintenance, identification and handling of common fault codes. Additionally, we provide bilingual operation videos (approximately 30 minutes) and maintenance manuals. Warranty period begins: Full machine warranty for 12 months.
