Customization / Process Flow
The customization process of Wanka Technology is divided into six stages, which is fully transparent and controllable throughout the process:
Phase 1: Requirement Collection
The client needs to provide: the maximum size of the sheet (length × width), the thickness range, the maximum weight of a single sheet, the material, the daily processing quantity of sheets, the brand and model of the existing laser cutting machine, the net height of the workshop and the available installation area, and whether an automatic material cart is required. The client can guide us to understand the on-site conditions through video connection.
Phase 2: Scheme Design and Confirmation
Within 5 to 7 working days after receiving the requirements, we will provide the following: 3D renderings and overall layout diagrams, the number and capacity plan of the intelligent panel storage area, the span and travel plan of the gantry feeder machine, the configuration plan of the CNC central control system, the connection plan with the customer's existing cutting machine, detailed technical specification sheet, foundation condition diagram, quotation sheet and technical agreement.
Phase 3: Contract Signing and Production Manufacturing
After both parties confirm the plan and the price, a purchase and sale contract and a technical agreement will be signed. The customer will pay a deposit (usually 50%). Phase 4: Factory Acceptance

The customer is required to prepare installation tools (wrenches, level, hex key wrenches, multimeters, etc.) and lifting equipment (forklift or crane) themselves.
Phase 6: Remote Operation Training and Warranty
After the equipment installation is completed, we conduct remote operation training via video calls (lasting approximately 2-3 hours). The content includes: explanations of the control system operation interface, intelligent material storage warehouse inventory and outbound operations, parameter setting for the gantry-type feeding machine, daily inspection and maintenance, identification and handling of common fault codes.
