Sheet Metal Storage And Automatic Laser Loader involves multiple risk factors such as the lifting movement of the intelligent sheet metal storage, the high-speed movement of the truss mechanical hand, the vacuum system, the movement of the clamping fixture, and laser cutting. All operators, maintenance personnel, and managers must strictly adhere to the following safety regulations:
Only personnel who have received training from Wanka Technology or its authorized party and passed the assessment are allowed to operate this equipment. Operators must be familiar with the structure, performance, operation procedures, emergency stop operation, and emergency handling methods of the equipment. Personnel without training are strictly prohibited from operating the equipment. It is recommended to conduct a safety refresher training once every six months.
Safety barriers must be provided around the equipment to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering and to avoid accidental equipment shutdown. The robotic arm must operate within a physically isolated safe area. The safety door must be interlocked with the control system - the equipment will automatically stop running when the door is opened.
Before each daily startup, the operator must conduct a comprehensive safety check: check whether the lifting mechanism of the intelligent panel storage system operates smoothly, and whether the chains are loose; check whether the movements of each axis of the truss manipulator are smooth and whether there are any abnormal sounds; check whether the vacuum suction cups are damaged or aged, and whether the air pipe connections are firm; check whether the clamping-type insertion claws have deformed or worn; check the functions of the safety grating and emergency stop button; confirm that the air source pressure is within the range of 0.6 - 0.7 MPa.
When the equipment is operating automatically, no one is allowed to enter the interior of the safety fence. Operators should stand in the safety area to monitor the operation status of the equipment. Before loading materials, the intelligent module should be used to check whether the plates are double-layer overlapping to prevent overloading. If any abnormal noise, vibration or smoke is detected, the emergency stop button should be pressed immediately.
In case of an emergency, immediately press the red emergency stop button or pull the safety rope. All movements of the equipment will stop immediately. The emergency stop cannot be released before the fault is resolved. If you need to enter the enclosure for maintenance, you must cut off the main power supply of the equipment and hang a lock saying "Under Maintenance, Do Not Close Switch".
Before conducting any maintenance, cleaning or repair, the main power supply of the equipment must be cut off, the residual air pressure released, and a warning sign hung. Appropriate tools and safety protective equipment must be used during the maintenance. After replacing the suction cup or the clamping claw, a no-load test must be conducted before restarting the equipment.
When loading sheet materials into storage, use hoisting equipment such as cranes or forklifts. It is strictly prohibited to manually handle heavy sheet materials. The sheet materials should be evenly placed on the pallets to avoid concentrated force on one side, which could cause the pallet to tilt or deform. Before storage, ensure that the surface of the sheet materials is free of iron filings, welding slag and other foreign substances.

For export orders, the packaging complies with ISPM 15 International Plant Quarantine Measures Standard (heat treatment or fumigation treatment), and a fumigation certificate can be provided. The wooden crates and steel frames are designed to meet the anti-shock requirements for sea transportation, and are filled with desiccants to prevent moisture. Additional anti-rust treatment or vacuum packaging can be added according to customer requirements.
